The Warmer Side of Care

Baptist Health, South Florida's largest healthcare system, wanted to return to their welcoming roots, where it all started, nearly a century ago. Public perception had shifted over time. They needed to warm things up: for the communities they serve and for the thousands who travel to South Florida specifically for care.

"The Warmer Side of Care" became the master tagline and connective tissue across every major service line: cancer, the expert side; orthopedics, the restorative side; each discipline speaking its own truth within the same architecture. Warm wasn't a blanket claim. It was a system created to connect and unite an entire universe of care.

I'm especially proud of writing and directing "The Dance," a :60 brand anthem for the campaign. The idea began with a song stuck in my head, "Stand By Me" (you know that banger), and became proof that the right creative device can carry every client requirement without ever feeling like it.
