Melissa Smock is a South Florida–based creative director and writer working at the intersection of storytelling, brand strategy and visual design. Her work has been featured in Lürzer’s Archive, Ad Forum, Forbes, Travel Weekly, Ads of the World and O, Miami.

As a multidisciplinary creative, Melissa brings a strong sense of authorship to the creative process, leading campaigns from concept through execution with an emphasis on narrative, restraint and craft.

Her photography is a personal body of observational work exploring composition, tension and color in uncontrolled environments, an extension of the same visual and editorial thinking that informs her commercial work.

Most recently, Melissa was featured in Literally Everyone’s Invited, a photography and poetry anthology of South Florida released by O, Miami.
